KTD Solutions is hiring experienced, self-motivated Independent Sales Consultants to help grow our construction services portfolio. This is a commission-only, 1099 contractor role for individuals who thrive in a client-facing environment, can conduct onsite estimates, and are confident closing high-value construction jobs.
You’ll be backed by a Customer Support Specialist (CSS) who handles appointment setting and helps with quote prep — so you can focus on selling. We provide your business number, company email, and full access to our CRM system (Odoo). You earn through tiered commissions, bonuses, and performance accelerators, with no cap on your income.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person site visits to deliver professional onsite estimates
Follow up on leads scheduled by your assigned Customer Support Specialist
Use Odoo CRM to manage leads, appointments, proposals, and follow-ups
Close residential and commercial construction jobs
Maintain timely communication and reporting inside the CRM
Work independently while representing the KTD Solutions brand professionally

Appointment setting and quoting support via Customer Support Specialist (CSS)
Clear, tiered commission system + bonuses + travel reimbursement
Compensation Includes:
Commission-based pay (2%–5%, depending on project size)
Trip fees paid per estimate visit
Monthly performance bonuses ($300–$500+)
Quarterly consistency and accelerator bonuses ($1,000+ possible)
Extra 0.5% commission when performance thresholds are met
This is a 1099 contractor role — no base salary, and you are responsible for managing your own taxes and insurance.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales, construction estimating, or in-home services preferred
Strong verbal communication and in-person presentation skills
Organized, self-disciplined, and motivated to succeed independently
Comfortable with CRM tools and digital workflows
Reliable transportation and professional appearance
Able to work evenings and weekends as needed for client appointments
Work Environment:
Flexible hours, remote CRM use, onsite client meetings
Must be local to our service area and willing to drive to appointments
