KTD Solutions is seeking driven, customer-focused Independent Sales Consultants to represent our high-quality construction services in residential and commercial markets. This is a 1099 commission-only role, ideal for professionals who thrive in a flexible, performance-based environment.
As an Independent Sales Consultant, you'll conduct onsite estimates, close new contracts, and manage client relationships using our cloud-based CRM (Odoo). You'll be supported by a dedicated Customer Support Specialist who handles scheduling and quote assistance, allowing you to focus on what matters most: closing deals and growing your book of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle from appointment to signed contract with Deposit
- Conduct onsite construction estimates for residential and commercial clients
- Achieve monthly sales goals in terms of both volume and revenue
- Qualify prospects and match services to client needs
- Maintain clear documentation and update CRM activity daily in Odoo
- Negotiate pricing and terms in collaboration with company standards

Collaborate with your Customer Support Specialist for quoting and calendar management
Must-Have
- Proven success in sales, field estimates, or construction services
- Professional and confident in face-to-face client interactions
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Basic tech ability – CRM, calendar, quote tools (we train you on Odoo)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Able to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends appointments may occur)
- Must reside in the Tampa Bay or Riverview area (local travel only)
Nice to have
- Experience in remodeling, or construction sales
- Multilingual (Spanish a plus)
- Familiarity with estimating software like Odoo Sales
